I run for about 30mins in and out of incline. *and rowing can be pretty tiresome and it really does blister hands sometimes. I do kundalini yoga, which is more of a core workout. I just wanted to remind y’all that what I do is what suits me. It’s not for everyone. If it motivates you to be healthy, then cool, but remember to always check with professionals first. oh and, you’re welcome. ^______^

haha. um.. you’re welcome. i’m not sure anything i say should be taken as advice. its what *i do, because its what suits *me. it may not be for everyone. hmmm.. my diet? it mainly consists of freshly prepared real food with good quality ingredients. i really believe in healthy eating, but i do eat junk too. i’m an american size zero. as for the photo.. not too comfortable with that. haha.
